When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process the data you enter:

• full name
• company name (optional)
• email address
• phone number (optional)
• enquiry type and message content

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you give by ticking the box in the form and may withdraw at any time, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

The form is submitted through the Web3Forms service (Web3Creative, India), which forwards the content of your enquiry to our email address. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).

The website and email on our domain are served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Transfers of data to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and on standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for any resulting cooperation, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are served from the same server as the website, without requests to third parties.

The “Open in maps” link leads to Google Maps. Once you open it, Google’s privacy policy applies.

For security and operation, the hosting provider may log technical access data such as IP address, time of access and browser type.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@gridbox-systems.hr.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
